Welcome to Araveri Technology Solutions. By accessing our website or contracting our software development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Upon full settlement of agreed contract invoices, Araveri transfers 100% of all custom software source code, database schemas, UI designs, and intellectual property rights directly to the client.
Managed hosting, cloud maintenance, and SLA support commitments are governed by dedicated Master Services Agreements (MSAs) executed prior to project kickoff.
In no event shall Araveri be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site access or system downtime beyond guaranteed SLA thresholds.
